are you thinking of doing an event for your own friends and family
here i will run through some of the basic items you will need for conducting a paranormal event
i would allways have participants that have had previous experience
in this field on my team i think it would be very wrong to do this with no one who as done it before things can go wrong
items you will need
1 a good team with people you can trust to be serious
2 camcorders /nightvision infrared --to document event good for catching orbs (orbs are believed to be the beginning stages of a ghost manifestation can show as little round lights moving or long stringy lights
3 pen & paper to write down any information you may recieve also good to look back if you need to validate any information after an event
4 touch-- a touch is very useful if you are in the dark and get scared you can just pop the touch one help to relax you a bit
5 radios -- to keep in contact with other members of your group
6 if you do lock off experiments these items would be ideal , wooden cross on a blank piece of paper, draw around the cross and leave maybe lock a cam off to watch over the cross lock the area off and retun a few hrs later to see if the cross as moved, you can also use beam barriers which create a infrared barrier if the alarm sounds something or someone as broken the barrier check it out straight away
there are many other ways of doing these experiments these are the basics
if you are doing an event such as this please remember to keep an open mind and dont be so quick to jump to conclusions remember 8 out of 10 experiences can be explained
